Double-blindly means that the author of a paper does not know the reviewers of his/her paper and reviewers do not know the authors of the papers they reviewed.

Due to the COVID-19 situation and travel restrictions, ICNISC 2021 will be converted into a virtual conference, which will be held via the Tencent Meeting. The English version and Chinese Link of Tencent Meeting App has been send to the authors before July 9th, 2021.
